Often you would want your reports delivered in your own letterhead. In such cases, we make sure all header and footer characters aren’t counted in the final Line Count and Bill. Heart MT follows international standards for MT billing principles. Process
Heart MT believes in ethics and perfection, i.e. separating the wheat from the chaff. We mould our work force through a rigorous training program and human resources development, which comprises of an intensive theoretical and practical curriculum. They are trained, instructed, guided and supervised by experienced professionals who are always on hand to enhance their knowledge, refining their skills and to clarify their doubts. The overall modus operandi for production work includes three levels which maybe compressed to two levels at later stages.1. The First level comprises of documentation, which is done by a medical transcriptionist who transcribes the voice files to text format.
2. Second level comprises of the quality check done by the Quality analyst.
3. Finally, the report goes to the lead quality analyst (doctors)/supervisor who give the clearance for the medical and grammatical perfection. Also double-checked is the name of the patient, and other important privileged information such as medical record number, date of admission and date of discharge and the doctor's name and credentials. After achieving these three codes of standard, the file is uploaded to the client/doctor. All transcriptions are proofread before they are forwarded to the client.
